Cue, wheat, dairy, sugar, egg free banana bread. I followed this recipe vaguely, I put in more banana than it recommended and that created a rather interesting occurrence. The outside was baked and cakelike, but the inside was very gooey, like a brownie come pudding cup. interestingly tasty, a very happy mistake in free from everything baking.
Side note: There was supposed to be a photo of said cake here. I ate it all too fast. Oops. Lesson in blogging, don’t eat the post content before you take a photo of it.
